“Capturing all the beauty that Drawing Cabaret Couture brings to the art classes is such a big challenge. In 15 minutes I try to capture what I see but also how I feel in that exact window of time. I always sketch my way-in with a light coloured pencil and then go into my darker values to sculpt out the subject. I eventually end up adding my wet media at the end and my wet media of choice is a mix of watercolour and gouache.”
