Terms & Conditions
We aim to send all orders within 3-5 working days of receiving your order, unless otherwise stated.
Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend, or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.
We use Royal Mail First Class service and so delivery times and other conditions are subject to their policies. See : www.royalmail.com for more info. For international orders, we use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service or swiftly couriered via FedEx. Please refer to : International Delivery for delivery charges. International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and The Whisper Gallery cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks. Any customs charges outside of those charged are the sole responsibility of the customer. You will be provided with a tracking number for your order when it gets dispatched.
Prices reflect Royal Mail Pricing, which is dependent on weight & destination. These are displayed at checkout once you enter your delivery address. Please note that customers outside of the European Union (EU) may be eligible to pay local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us.

* Most of the time your order will be dispatched within a few days. But if you have left it a little bit late and need something sooner, or by a specific date, then just give the gallery a call on + 044 7709581412 so that we can confirm availability on the items and prioritise their dispatch.
If you would like to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible or complete the form on our contact page. If orders have not yet shipped, we will refund the value of your order. If items have already shipped, then we are unable to cancel your order, but you may return it to us as detailed above.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope that you will be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied you may return items within 28 days of receiving them. Once we receive the returned items in a condition suitable for re-sale, we will issue you with a refund or a voucher for the full value (minus any postage fees) to spend at : www.thewhispergallery.com. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been used or damaged. Purchases exempt from both the refund and exchange policies, unless they are structurally faulty, are: commissions, customised pieces, or bespoke. We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods and therefore recommend that UK items be sent by insured special delivery. Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable. In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid within 28 days of receipt of the return.
Each product is handmade and therefore unique and small variations will occur resulting in slight differences from any photographs or items in stock. Colours may vary and sizes are accurate within reason. We are also aware that variations in monitor, browser or software calibrations on your browsing device may cause variations in image and colour of items shown digitally, for which we cannot accept responsibility. Prices are correct at the time of publication. The Whisper Gallery Ltd reserves the right to review their prices at any time.
