A cuff to be worn on the wrist.
Etched Fine Silver Cuff Collection No.1. The surface was initially patterned by hand, with vertical and horizontal non-uniform marks. It was then embossed using a hand punch, giving a ‘natural’ and irregular feel. The piece has also been oxidised in parts, giving a ‘freckled’ appearance. These individual actions give it an ‘unmanufactured feel’ and shows it has been individually made using hand tools. Being made of fine silver and surfaced in this way, means it does not require cleaning and will with use, accumulate history by adding to its surface decoration and becoming more attractive and personal.
All pieces are entirely handcrafted and unique.
