Hellen van Berkel Silk Scarf Conus
DETAILS
Woven from pure silk this fabulously wearable designer scarf from Hellen van Berkel was commissioned by the Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam. Covering his last years of work 1652-1669 ‘the Late Rembrandt’, this exquisite silk scarf is inspired by the etching ‘Conus’ from this period. The intricacies of the image captures both the positive as well as the negative original etching. The colour selection is derived directly from Rembrandt’s original colour palette. It’s bold and vivacious, glamorous and you.
